Users and Visitors
Users of our system have login privleges established when registering with the site. Users receive MLSearcher™ privledges making it possible for them to save their search criteria and visit listings with one click. In addition, users get one auto-emailer profile to send email on one of their searches to themselves daily.

Visitors to our site may look at the results of any one search but may not access the detailed information on properties until they have registered. This is important whereby the NAR has put in place guidelines for site like this one that make it manditory for any listing shown in detail there should be a login by a user and that login will remain active for no more than 180 days whereby it will require renewal.
